LaToya is a cybersecurity expert, veteran, and advocate for knowledge empowerment. Born and raised in Hartford, Connecticut, she defied the challenges of her inner-city environment to build a distinguished career in Information Technology and Cybersecurity. After high school, she enlisted in the United States Air Force, where she mastered technical, security, and leadership skills, retiring after 20 years of dedicated service. Transitioning into federal government contracting, she continued her cybersecurity career in defense intelligence and health sectors, earning an Associate’s in Information Systems Management, a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity, a Master’s in Business Administration, and the esteemed Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credential.
Committed to using her expertise for the greater good, LaToya has dedicated herself to serving her community. Since 2019, she has been a passionate volunteer with Indigenous Education (INDEDU), supporting its mission to deliver untaught, fact-based indigenous education. She believes that knowledge is a catalyst for transformation—both personally and collectively. In alignment with this vision, she is furthering her education with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and studies in Metaphysical Sciences, deepening her understanding of human potential and conscious-centered living. Through her work and studies, LaToya is committed to empowering individuals to rise beyond limitations and embrace their highest selves.
